Ruth Leavitt Bunker 1914 - 2001 Ruth Bunker, 87, died Monday (29 Oct 2001). She was born February 22, 1914, in Bunkerville. A homemaker, she was a pianist-organist for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a lifetime resident of Nevada. She is survived by her sons, Keith of Henderson, Robert of Sacramento, Calif., and Charles of Sandy, Utah; daughter, Barbara Belt of Henderson; sisters, Ivie Williams and Jane Jones, both of Overton, Iris Howarth of Warm Springs, Irene Hunt and Laurea Rodgers, both of Las Vegas; brother, Raoul Leavitt of Overton; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Thursday at the Bunkerville LDS Chapel followed with services at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Bunkerville Cemetery, Bunkers Mortuary handled the arrangements.
